What I say about myself
Hey there,
I'm Niko, currently mostly based in Munich Germany, but working globally.
I build digital products that solve human problems and manage cross-functional teams to excel.
Discover, prototype, learn, iterate, build, measure, iterate. The basic formula for successful products. That's what I've been doing for 5+ years as a product builder and manager.
Before that, I shipped code as a full-stack software engineer. The technical background surely helps in translating business goals into feasible product iterations.
Every company is different, and every industry is. But there are common elements I focus on when working with any company:
- use my outside view to quickly snapshot existing processes and suggest steps to improve
- challenging assumptions (Are we working on the right thing?)
- get measurable results (How do we know we succeeded?)
