I published a new video, documenting the burnout recovery journey (reducing screen time while staying productive),
a sick trail run right in central Seoul,
South Korea and the best 3 Cafés to visit while in Seoul.
go watch it, i think you might like it!
But here’s the real story behind the scenes: this year already feels like it’s been 10 months long.
Between restructuring the company, pivoting away from our old product, reducing the team, and rebuilding runway…
i’ve had moments where i was this close to quitting.
not because i don’t believe in juttu.
but because getting from 0 → 1 again after killing something you poured your heart into?
it’s brutal.
there’s no manual for this.
no step-by-step guide that tells you how to rebuild momentum from scratch.
i needed to push hard.
not because it was wise. but because standing still would’ve killed the spark.
i’m proud of that push.
not because it worked.
but because it reminded me that i’m not helpless—and maybe that’s all we need to remember sometimes.
if you’re in the middle of a reset yourself,
know that it’s okay if it doesn’t feel strategic or smart or well-paced.
sometimes you just need to move.
