We built powerful AI features. But we forgot to ask: what’s the actual problem we’re solving?

Build in public update

Juttu is evolving - and so is our thinking.
I’ve been heads-down building and honestly… not great at keeping you all in the loop.

Here’s where we are:

🔶 We haven’t nailed the sticky use case

Ai looking for a problem

We’ve been talking too much about what the AI can do - and not enough about the problem it actually solves.

Obvious, right?

Hard to not focus on shiny features that were science fiction two years ago.

What we have shipped:

• Smarter, more context-aware survey questions

• Full internationalization: 20+ languages supported

• Early churn analysis (analyzing satisfaction survey)

Next: more talking to users.

We’re looking for the places where hyper-personalized forms actually help with a CRITICAL workflow - by saving customers time, money, or mental energy.

This part’s hard. But it’s the good kind of hard.

We are very much in the desert of the startup building phase.
